Larry is very knowledgeable and professional. He came in for us mid-job after another contractor had severely botched the job and not only completed the job satisfactorily, but went back and fixed the other contractor’s shoddy work. No one ever wants to be in a place where they’re dealing with a shoddy contractor, but Larry made us feel incredibly supported and showed us what quality work is supposed to look like.

The guys at True Dry Restoration came out and did a great job assessing and drying out a very wet basement from a recent installation issue. Very professional and extremely communicative, which was greatly appreciated, as we’re selling the home and needed to know what we were looking at on a daily basis. I hope I never have to use a restoration service again in the future, but if I do, I will be calling them.
